muni service on market street. according to the "san francisco chronicle" the mayor says the footprint will be reconfigured to accommodate super bowl city. the host committee wanted to take down the overhead muni wires near market at a cost of $1 million that would affect a dozen muni lines. supervisors will hold a super bowl planning hearing on december 7 to include concerns of security following the terrorist attacks in paris. >> happening today in san francisco, university of california regenerals are expected to vote on a propose to add 10,000 more in-state students to the system over the next three careers to the nine campuses. the u.c. president's plan would increase enrollment by 5,000 freshman and increase by 2,500 for the following two careers and is a boost of 20 percent compared to the 50,000 new in-state and transfer students who enrolled this past fall. >> this morning, the three drifters accused of killing a

bay area yoga teacher and canadian tourist are arraigned. 918-year-old lila scott allgood and 24-year-old sean michael angold and morrison haze lampley are accused of shooting andrew katy and then flee days later she shot and skilled seven carter walking his dog. they could face the death penalty if convicted. last month, the arraignment was delayed as the prosecutors amed the information in the case. they are due in court at 9:00 a.m. today. >> detectives need your help to track down arm robber whose broke into a house. the three men wearing gloves and hooded sweatshirts and ski masks, ambush add man pulling into his garage on tuesday night. the suspects held the man at gunpoint and forced their way in his home and made the entire family lie on the floor while they ransacked the place. after 30 minutes, the suspects left with several items. no one was hurt.
