on the lookout for this man, 34-year-old nathan wilson, suspected of killing his parents outside of their home today. deputies found the bodies of david and and i had dree ap-wilson inside their home on sexton road about 9:30 this morning. each had multiple stab wounds. deputies report finding a possible rep in the house. we'll have a live report on the hunt for that i thn wilson at 5. the fatal shooting of anton antonio ramos just shocked the community and we're at oakland police headquarters with the latest. >> reporter: the police chief called this a horrific case and says that he hopes this arrest brings some closure to the family and community. the candles unlit are still there, flowers propped again the wall, tributes to the

deadline for survivors of the wildfire to register for government loans and grants is midnight tonight. aid is available to people. you can register with the federal emergency management agency and for disaster recovery loans with the small business administrati administration. a 14-year-old boy is safe and sound after being rescued this morning after sliding down a 50-for a ledge. the boy fell about 11:00 a.m. sky 7 hd was over the scene as rescue crews reached him. he didn't suffer anything major thankfully. a ledge broke his fall and that he's very lucky to be alive. police in campbell are searching for a toilet thief, just the seat. this man is accused of stealing a package containing a self washing toilet seat from a home earlier this month. it was worth $730. the package stolen from the

. you you you see it every day, we all see it, this right now a live look at the san francisco skyway. traffic at a crawl. a new report says actually it's the 12th worst bottle neck in the country. >> the next worst is the approach to the bay bridge, stretch of interstate 880 which is almost always a nightmare. >> reporter: take a look at this nationally recognized stretch of highway, but nothing to be proud of. this section of 880 between 101 and the bay bridge has land eed list of america's top 50 bottlenecks. of course this is no surprise. >> it's really bad. the whole entire highway all the way back up to third avenue coming right over the hill, so just because of that, that

bottles up the whole entire san francisco. >> reporter: this these clogged lanes landed in 12th the place. and the bay area is on that top of people's list of places to avoid. >> sometimes they try to get up on there and i'm like, no, go through town or find somewhere else. >> reporter: this cloggeded spot is only 1.9 miles long, but estimated to create a lot of waste. the american highway users alliance says the delays cost a total of 2.2 million wasted hours every year and nearly 800,000 gallons of gas. >> you expect to see a big accident or something like that and it's just congestion. >> reporter: the only people who find something positive are people who live next to it. >> living right next to it, we appreciate it you because the slower they go, we don't get the freeway noise. >> reporter: caltrans gave us a lengthy statement listing all the ways the agency is trying to

help ease congestion including the support of alternate forms of transportation and work to go convert hov lines to express lanes. in san francisco, amy hollyfi d hollyfield, abc 7. the worst bottleneck in the country is in the kennedy expressway speakinterstate 090. 12 out of the top 50 spots are in l.a. it isn't just the roads that are busy right now, this is expected to be a record season for holiday travel. transportation security administration expects 25 million passengers to fly this year. another 20 million people are expected to drive to their thanksgiving destination. families in south bay are receiving early holiday gifts. sacred heart has distributed thanksgiving food boxes and also an early plea for donations.

so it will be wet for the morning commute for sure and wert as the commute goes on. notice pockets of heavy rain developing in the north bay. by 10:00, heavy pockets in in the north bay and into the san francisco and peninsula and parts of east bay. and by noon, most of the activity will be in the east bay and south bay. especially south bay. going to be quite a storm. we'll have trailing showers in to early wednesday morning and it will get cold in the bay area. so cold in fact that by 6:00 wednesday morning, may see a little snow. generally we expect a quarter inch to half an inch across the bay area and that means with the cold area coming, there will be cold in the sierra. wednesday travel conditions, day before thanksgiving, expect scattered showers, brief down pours. after 8:00, drying out, chilly and breezy.
