down on north sixth street in san jose. it crashed. it damaged several cars on the street. it took out power lanes. the power was out for several hours as pg&e crews worked to restore electricity. the mangled branches came down in san francisco's north beach district. in hayward winds pushed over the 40-year-old tree that crashed into a van that normally is used to drive special needs kids to agreements. the driver's mom say the moment of back. >> she saw a tree come down as she waked out. >> standing water was a major issue. the interchange looked like a river as tow truck drivers were called to rescue stalled vehicles. the intersection of third and castro in oakland was flooded. pg&e is reporting very few out amendments across the bay area
