identified the man who fell to his defendant over the weekend. 22-year-old jeffrey angler from san leandro died after fall from a significant height at from a pernt holiday party saturday night. it happened at the fraternity on channing way just before 7:30 am. investigators say alcohol appears to have been a factor in his death but they haven't released any other details. coy attended cal and member of the fraternity but didn't live at the house. jury awarded 11 million dollars today to man shot and partly cloudyize by san jose police. he was holding a knife and threatening to harm himself when he was shot by an officer in january of 2014. in a statement tonight the city of san jose says quote this is a very significant judg-r' terms of its size and potential ramifications so we need to review the jury decision, evaluate the city legal option and determine what our next steps mean. there's a new e.coli out brick tonight involving chipotle. there are 5 new
