the early sig-alert in dublin, 680 to 580 is clears and i have an update on another sig-alert in marin county coming up. >> breaking overnight in san jose, police investigate a fail accident involving four different looks and seven vehicles. the driver of a black ford went on a rampage crashing interest cars around the city. he is accused of running a red light at center road and singleton and hitting a yellow bw beetle and the driver died. the suspect is under arrest. matt keller is talking to investigators about what led up to the crash. >> we hear from a lost commuting over the bridges and the freeways, it is not the rain but the wind that is making for white knuckle driving. amy hollyfield is in richmond. >> it is blowing.
