to 45 miles per hour. the snow level drops to about 2,000 feet. tomorrow morning, light showers generally in the north bay and then we can see the line get its act together. the full accu-weather forecast coming up. this is ocean beach where the water pushed to the parking lot. the tide is expected to disrupt travel tomorrow morning. the peak will be seven feet between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. >> and the tides are notorious for flooding. they are selling and placing until sandbags are around the store to protect it.

center divide. a chp of icer stayed with the mountain lion until fish and wildlife arrived. they said it was necessary to put the cat down. >> the richmond man accused of making death threats against members of a mosque. the 55-year-old pleaded not guilty to one felony count of making criminal threats with a hate crime enhancement. on sunday police found a home -- a homemade pipe bomb. they said he could have plans to harm the community's muslims. he could face seven years in prison if convicted. >> police are trying to find a man who stole three cars including a police cruiser. officers found the man in a parked stolen van on south main street this morning. as they walked up to the van they say he somehow sneaked out and stole the running police car. he drove south to old oakland road in san jose and that's where police say he abandoned the squad car and forced the woman out of the suv and stole it. it is a 1997 silver toyota

rav4 with a gray rear bumper. it is missing the front license plate and it says santa cruz on it. >> some airline passengers are waiting until tomorrow to get back on a plane after a tense emergency landing in oakland of the sky 7hd was over the airport as flight 2547 landed safely this morning after a problem with the landing gear. the pilot on the oakland to chicago flight discovered the problem after takeoff and made the decision to turn around. the plane circled the central valley for nearly four hours to burn off fuel before making that landing. the whole thing made passengers very nervous. >> oh i thought i was going to die. people were really scared. >> southwest worked with passengers to get them back on the plane. earlier today some decided let's wait until tomorrow to fly again. two firefighters were shocked by a rooftop solar panel today sending one of them to the hospital.

they were battling flames in san francisco's bay view district when it happened. residents there say they started a fire in the fireplace and somehow the flames spread from the k4eu78 knee to the roof and attic. flame spread from the roof and attic. >> they would like to stop betting sites. fan dual and draft kings are taking advantage of pome who are likely to lose their money. he is asking the attorney general to shut them down until the state can provide proper oversight and consumer protection. there is a court fight in new york right now to ban them. >> a well known bay area athlete is jumping into the gun debate. >> i have a voice and i want to share it and stop gun violence in its entirety. >> steph curry speaks out against gun violence in an ad that will air on christmas day. it was started by new york mayor michael bloomburg.

curry says he is especially concerned as the father of two girls. meantime steph made dreams come true for 10 young fans across the country. the kids have life-threatening medical conditions and are requesting to meet curry through the make a wish foundation. some kids came from texas to be live at oracle. it was a very special night for these children. >> hi, dan and ama. steph curry has always emphasized the importance of being humble. today he was humbled by 10 boys fighting a life-threatening disease and whose only wish was to meet him. >> i cooperate believe it. -- i couldn't believe it. i thought i was dreaming. >> he is sitting courtside wearing his steph curry shoes and watching his hero, steph curry, warm up for a home game. earlier they found something in common. >> that's where i grew up. we come from the same state.

>> all's well that ends well. >> let's turn to our weather as we approach christmas eve. >> more rain this evening. drew is tracking it for us. >> dan and ama, we are tracking scattered showers and gusty winds for your christmas eve. live doppler 7hd. we have partly to mostly cloudy skies. moving its way into burlingame and light mist into alameda as well. this is the same set up for tonight. the showers will hold off until tomorrow morning. here is our next storm moving through eureka and this will sink to the south for your thursday. we do have a winter storm warning in affect for men do seen know county where above 3,000 feet they could see three to six inches of snow. a winter weather advisory is in affect where we will see wintry precipitation. on a storm impact scale this will be a two. it is a moderate storm. it brings a quarter to a half an inch of rain, and it brings gusty winds to 45 miles per hour and cool air as well dropping the snow level to 2,000 feet. early tomorrow morning at 4:00

in the morning likely tracking the assisteddest of the showers in the north bay. it looks like a line will gather energy by 5:00, 6:00 and work its way through the bay area. by 7:00 it is approaching the south bay and i think this is the time where we could see some gusty winds with our next storm. we are tracking scattered showers and then we get a cool push of air in the afternoon and evening and that's when it is possible that above 2,000 feet as the cold air rushes in. otherwise the storm will exit and by christmas day we are bright and breezy. in terms of rainfall about a quarter to as much as half of an inch of moisture moving through. this rain comes with the wind. our future tracker wind gust shows you by 6:00 in the morning the winds in san francisco are gusting to 36 miles per hour. 31 at half moon bay. it stays rather breezy through the entirety of your thursday with the cool north wind keeping us in the upper 40s to the lower 50s. we are seeing more snow in the
