there. a new accident on 880 we will update if a couple of minutes. >> thank you, sue. we are tracking breaking news, a terrible fire ripped through a home? oakland. now, two people are dead. our reporter is in the newsroom with the information just coming in now the janet? all the novembers a man and woman are not identified yet. we know that the couple was in a burning unit at the and firefighters got the call of the two alarm fire at 1:00 a.m. and we are told it was an active fire with a lot heavy smoke. half an hour into it, the crews pull a man's body from the bottom unit where the fire is believed to have started. the woman's body was discovered shortly thereafter. investigators are now trying to determine what caused fire. no one else was hurt in the incident. >> thing you, scan it. in san jose, food last cooking on a stove start add fire at 7:30 last night.
