and public works is here and this trying to clear out the drain in front of us that will get the water to subside but avenue is a serious situation so drivers are taking it way too fast and kick up a lot of water. be careful. >> it has been a tough morning for drivers cross the bay. the wear has been come down for hours in the north bay and amy hollyfield is in green by with what she is seeing. the rain has been relentless and not let up for hours with flooding to show you. look at highway 101 behind me, as the cars go through the flooding. you will notice its when the cars go through on the outside lanes. the headlights are northbound at lucky drive and the southbound is the headlights or tail lights headed into the city with water over there, as well, and it is an area to slow down or, maybe, even go around and avoid it. this is a tip for drive this
