sergio? >> reporter: i actually was talking to the people here at cavanaugh liquors and they say they have had lines for the last couple of days. this is how long the line is right now here with less than an hour to buy a ticket. it starts halfway down the block and then its snakes around inside of the store before you actually get to the counter. there's clear lay whole lot of excitement around this jackpot. i've talked with people who have never bought a lottery ticket before but want chance at the action just this final around because of that mega jackpot. even a man who says he flew here from mexico just so he could buy his ticket at this store. he does have family that lives in the east bay so he is visiting them, too, but says he is mostly here for the winning tickets, on a day like this only a few people were buying anything other than lottery tickets but i did talk with one regular customer here, who bought some refresh. s and his tickets. >> of course. of course.
