tiffany? >> yes, we will start off with the good news for commuters. the downtown berkeley bart station is now open and trains are passing through and they stopping and i heard one a up cough minutes ago. however, at 3:00 this morning, crews performing regularly maintenance on the tracks and they made a gruesome discovery and found a body part on the tracks. police told me they think the body part is related to an incident about three weeks ago. we have video from december 20 when the downtown berkeley bart station was closed after a. was hit by a train. police say that show survived but lost part of her leg. at this point they have not said if the body part that was discovered this morning was her leg but they are leading us to believe the two of connected. the train station was shut down between 3:00 and 4:20, but,

than the national rating. >> today, the city council supreme court will hear argues in a case that challenges the right of unions to collect fees from teachers. a group of teachers filed a lawsuit against the california teachers association claying that the fees violated first amendment rights of workers who disagree with the union's position. on the other hand, the union wants all teachers in the association to pay their fees so it does not lose money in the long run. the hearing will start at 9:00 a.m. >> a member of the royal family in pain is open trial. princess christina is accused of tax fraud with a maximum sentence of eight years for failing to declare taxes on personal spends paid by a real estate company she owned with her husband. christina's where has already stripped her of her title as duchess of palma and will last six months. >> if you have visited muir wood s parking is a problem. there are new parking
