freeway and they think they are all gang-related shooting. they say this new shooting groundworks out for the bad guy because he is at get away speed when he fires the gun. >> c.h.p. investigators say it appears that gang fights have moved from the neighborhoods to the freeways and this have been four shootings on the same stretch of interstate 80 between richmond and by -- by thank you is really bad on the freeway. causing a lot of accidents and slaves. >> the latest shooting was last night on eastbound 80 near the fitzgerald drive exit and narrowly missed a family of five. the toddler was cut from flying glass. the familiar pulled into the gas station, frantically asking someone call police. >> i called the cops, and a child had minor cuts and blood

surveillance images capturing the first incident december 30 in redwood city. two michigan broke a window but took off shortly after realizing someone was home. the next day surveillance images captured the same man, again, and this time at a hole in millbrae, with a 93 year old man woke up find them ransacking a house and got away with $150 in cash. >> firefighters are looking into two back-to-back commercial fires on sonoma boulevard. they tweeted out photos showing crews putting out the flames. latest was at an animal hospital before 2:00 a.m. it looks like it is started in a dumpster and spread to the building. this is the second fire at the animal hospital in a in. a half hour earlier a fast food restaurant caught fire. damage was minimal. >> we are on storm want. look at our sutro tower camera right no. you can see the golden gate bridge surrounding by haze, clouds out there and it is gray.

houston to decide whether the raiders or two other teams will be allowed to move to los angeles. one of the stadium presentations wrapped up and our reporter is in the newsroom. the stakes were so high and the decisions could be made by today? >> yes, absolutely. the disney c.e.o. is leading the tonight get the raiders and chargers to carson. he spoke about the presentation. he said there are a if number of votes but he is not sure if they have the votes necessary for the deal today. >> do raid are nation, the decision is black and white. >> oakland is home. >> we are here to remind the nfl it is the wisest business decision to keep raiders in oakland. >> fans could get their wish. today, team owners are meeting in houston to decide whether the oakland raiders, rams or san diego chargers or a combination of the three will relocate to los angeles. the "los angeles times" reports that growing consensus on the plan for the rams and challengers to share a new

come through on an easy to understand scale from "1" being light to "5" being severe. tomorrow is a "2" so up to 1" of rain heavier in the north bay. winds to 40 miles per hour from 11:00 tonight through 4:00 tomorrow morning. that means limited damage and limited power outages. that is why it is a "2". we have had a couple of "3" with and steady and moving into the north bay and across the neighborhoods by loci but notice the moderate rain, the area is shrinking as the storm comes ashore. by 1:00 the breeze is kicking in and wake you up, pushing the rain sideways and hurting the window and at 4:00 we start the morning commute with light rain. it continues from 5:00. but notice at 6:00 we see a little bit of a clearing trend along the coast into the north bay. that starts holding east through the bay at 8:00. by 9:00 most of us are dry but for the south bay and across the
