fantastic tracy to dublin at 30 minutes and an together to concord on highway 4 under 15 minutes and san rafael to the city, looking good this morning with fog a factor and a couple of fog advisories, especially in the east bay we will update that. the south bay, too, coming up. >> more now on breaking news we brought you at 4:30, a shelter-in-place has been ordered for san mateo near the laurel woods shopping center. there is an active police search for a man wanted for a batched home burglary this morning on green oak court. officers arrived at john there was an am for indication with a female suspect and an officer fired the gun in self-defense. that woman was arrested. right now police are still looking for a man. we are working the story and we will bring you new details as they come into the newsroom and you can get breaking details by following us on twitter@abc7newsbayarea. >> developing news, the ntsb is here to start the investigation on the greyhound bus that

flipped on 101 yesterday, just a hoverrible crash that killed two passengers and last a number of others hurt. matt keller in san jose with some of the evidence investigators will review. matt? the ntsb will look at several different factors as to what caused the bus crash. a lot of the focus is on driver. >> he did say that he was that teeth -- fatigued leading to the choice. he remembers the bus striking the black barrels before the collision. you can see beyond the bus now. and the next thing he remembered is the bus on its sides. >> the driver was identified as 58-year-old taken to the hospital along with nine others and all had various injuries. he told the investigators he was fatigued but did not indicate he fell asleep. he met with a representative

from the d.a. and is cooperating with the session. greyhound requires all drivers to rest for nine hours between shifts. this greyhound bus has been inexpected three times and no defects were found. a witness said it appears the bus was going speed limit but it was heavy rain at the time of the crash and investigators do not believe drugs or alcohol were a factor. hard break for one of victims' son who is in shock after learning his june-year-old mother was killed in the accident. we sat down with him to speak about his mom. >> we don't expect any bad will happen to us. as antonio was enjoying having his more by his side here from the philippines. >> she moved here last spot. >> devastate news. >> everything is surreal the. >> he went to the bus station to

out how to get around downtown san francisco during the super bowl is...five minutes ago. construction begins today on super bowl city. amy hollyfield is here to give us an idea of what we will face until nearly the middle of february. >> big changes. get ready for big changes starting behind me. today. this area will turn into a construction zone. they have to move in all of the equipment so they can turn this into super bowl city. southbound traffic you will not be able to get through starting on saturday, southbound lanes are closed. the palm trees got their makeover yesterday and this is only the going. don't think about trying to park around the area. parking restrictions now are in place for the area on mission and market. the nfl promised it will be a fun place for fans to experience the energy and fun of the super bowl but not without controversy. some worry about street artists around the lazy would be dismissed. they think the city should
