threatened because the hillside is moving. it makes it pre homeowners and those around them. they made an emergency decision to demolish this house. a neighbor noticed that something was wrong when the house started separating from the sidewalk, and another neighbor was even more concerned that the house could fall on his home down below. [ inaudible ] >> ronald bought the remodels house in october and he did not get a chance to move in when the city called to tell him it was demolished. he said that there were no issues when he bought the case that originally was built in 1964. a soil engineering report showed no problems. the city is now ordering all five homeowners who are affected to prove their hems are safe.

>> developing news, a candlelight vigil in san jose for 28 year old kyle myrick turned especially somber upon news that his body had been found. friends and family were looking for him since friday when he disappeared. acting on a tip detectives discovered his body in the area of jamison creek road. the co-worker, 39-year-old steve hlebo has been charged with the murder. they,ed would together at a mock dealership. blood and a severed ear found next door. >> we are waiting for the release of the identity of a man and woman killed if plane crash killed near santa rosa. it was on final approach and it went down around 7:00 last night near the sonoma county airplane coming from palm springs. it crashed two miles from the airport near wood ranch road. the ntsb will investigate the cause of the crash.
