eight ntsb will begin the investigation into a deadly plane crash in santa rosa. our reporter is in the newsroom. the plane went down south of airport? >> that is rate. two people were on board the single engine plane when it crashed and witnesses say boat were killed on impact. this is cell phone video of the scene at the edge of the fence line. according to our media partner the victim are a man and a woman. we are still waiting to learn their identities. the f.a.a. said that the piper took off from palm springs and was making the final approach to the sonoma county airport around 7:00 last night. i the plane crashed into a soggy field and the wreckage came to a rest 100 yards from a nearby house. neighbors heard a loud roar moments before the plane went doing. >> shortly after that, only four or four seconds after hearing the noise of the engine we heard
