this is a look from our emeryville camera. caltran is trying to figure out what caused the concrete to fall in the slow lane of the lower deck tunnel. the condition crete damaged a car. the driver was not hurt. corrosion or water damage could have weakened the wall. crews inspected the tunnel in the summer and found nothing wrong. >> gas prices at and bay area stations are falling right in front of our eyes. we know a place where do you not have to settle for $2 a gallon. amy hollyfield has been watching the prices drop and the crowds. she is in mill valley. it looks like a long line. all the word is out. look at this line of people at this ar cell phone o mill valley on redwood highway. the owner said he usually sees 3,000 customer as day. today he is expecting that to be 3,300. waiting in line paid off in mill valley this morning, as customers watch the gas prices fall before their eyes. >> it changed i'll i was in line
