this morning. a domestic incident involving vegas's grown daughter, a young grandson and the boy's father. the police captain new the officer well. >> just trying to probably be a mediator and end the situation, peacefully. >> the boy and suspect were located a short time later in fairfield, police could be seen from sky 7 going in and out with what appears to be evidence bags. the 30-year-old vega was a 2011 graduate of the napa valley academy. vegas's wife was reportedly injured after jumping from a window. rob told us he heard four shots. >> i was tore up, just not

moving on now, sheriff detectives say a man they arrested in sex crimes involving a 4-year-old is suspected of more cases. officer as rested him in december, since then, detectives found two more victims. police say one victim was given something to be intoxicated. he is in jail. the autopsy results for mario woods, the man shot and killed by san francisco police in december were released today. abc7 news anchor kristin zee has been looking for the report and has details. >> reporter: we went through the report and found mario woods had 20 gunshot wounds on him, and probably grazed by another bullet on his face. the shooting was captured on cell phone video and the confrontation went viral on social media. according to the autopsy, gunshots hit him in the head, arms, shoulders, stomach, on the

legs, numerous wounds were found on his back. the medical examiner found he had meth, marijuana, and two kinds of antidepressants in his system. john burress says it should have been apparent he was impaired by drugs. >> you don't try to deal with him in a forceful way. you try to talk to that person and talk them down, or give them space to bring them under control without unleashing the kind of devastating borage of shots. >> the justice department is investigating the actions in the shooting that touched off protests and outrage in the community. the police department released a statement reading in part the department is committed to a thorough review of the shooting and this report will be an important component of all three ongoing independent investigations. sfpd says this report here

appears to support facts gathered by investigators in this tragic incident. dan and ama? >> kristin, thank you very much. the national transportation safety board revealed details about last month's greyhound bus crash that killed two women. the preliminary report did not state a probable cause yet for this deadly accident. the driver tested negative, however, for both drugs and alcohol and the bus had no mechanical problems. two of the six passengers were wearing seat belts. sth our first look at the image created by laser scanning the wreckage of the bus. national transportation safety board will continue to analyze footage from cameras and data recorders on board that bus. the state department of public health listed it's ban on crab fishing but fishermen say they can't go back to work just yet. health officials cleared all areas south of point reyes. recent tests show levels are
