signs before surrendering. the passenger wasn't ready to give up and he ran support neighborhood before officers finally arrested him. >> new details in san francisco, we know the names of two men shot to death atop twin peaks 21-year-old and 19-year-old both died after being shot early yesterday morning. both live in santa rosa. a third shooting victim remains in the hospital. the three men were targeted it is believed bit shooter. no arrests have been made. yesterday's killings followed tourists being robbed at twin peaks in december and january. all the family of a richmond police officer killed last week is preparing to lay him to rest on friday. the outpouring of support for officer gus vegas and his family continued at the church on the hill of vallejo during the sunday service. pastor remembered him as a long time close friend and caring foster parent. the mayor was among the crowd.
