free. this is the first-of-its-kind in northern california. what makes it unique there are no co-pays. do you not need it officially opened in august but the santa clara public office is holding a grand opening opening for better health pharmacy in downtown san jose. the majority of medications are donated from nursing facilities through the state, with the drugs that were thrown away or destroyed when not needed. there are limitations. they do not dispense controlled drugs including pain medications such as oxycontin and adad and anxiety medication. the pharmacy has dispensed 8,400 prescriptions since august and is open four days a week. for a list of which medications are available to the public you can go to abc7news.com.

richmond. police say contreras shot and killed 19-year-old rene mora and julio peraza, 21, of santa rosa. he is accused of shooting a third 18-year-old man fighting for his life at the hospital. the three men were shot on sunday morning and a couple from fresno said they were nearly the next victims speaking to abc7 saying that contrary pointed a gun at them and ordered them out the s.u.v.. >> he took off, then, in their vehicle which police found at that home in richmond last night. the father of a victim said that despite the arrest he is absolutely devastated and contreras now faces two murder charges, one attempted murder charge, carjacking, possession of a firearm by a felon and assault with a semi-automatic weapon. no word on when he will appear in court. >> we broke news of the arrest
