who is a student at the middle school here if dublin. police think the victim has a broken wrist. he was right in the middle of the car. he likely wasn't run over by a tire. but he was trapped. firefighters had to lift the car up to free him. seeing him under the car was agonizing for parents and educators and fellow students who helplessly watched. >> foreign involved in the situation, it gives you chills if you have children seeing someone under a vehicle. the students are around and the other parents, the driver of the vehicle, the first responders, it gives everyone chills when you see something as dramatic. >> this happened before 8:00 this morning. the victim was conscious and was talking to rescue crews. they did airlift him to children's hospital to get checked out but the injuries are not life threatening. the driver we are told was in shock. he was very upset and police called a family member to pick
