arrest, after the car he was test driving crashed. the drive killed the car max employee riding with him. our reporter is if the newsroom. what, exactly, happened? >> authorities in intern -- san bernardino say this man, 28 years old of union city went to the car max in ontario to check out a red corvette afternoon yesterday. the veteran car max employees got into the car for the test drive and police say he started speeding and lost control and slammed the car vote into a tremendous. the driver suffered minor injuries and charged with vehicular manslaughter and gross negligence and driving under thefully of drugs. we -- the employee was rushed to the hospital where he died. >> that matter your day, he was there for you and would make you laugh, smile. >> car max said that "today is

school following an incident that outraged students. they say a sign was posted inside the school that reads "happy black history month," showing president obama with a diamond stud hearing and includes the #gang. >> black students walked off campus yesterday in protest of the difficult hall. >> many of the alumni were angry so this happened to me, 20 years ago. we are here now and it is still happening. what are we doing? weeing here to give justice. all the school said the student who posted the sign is also a member of a minority group and enjoy has been transferred. >> someone is intentionally poisoning animals in sonoma woman lost her horse and dog after they were poisoned, finding 11 biscuits in the pasture that were tested and found to have have a toxin. another horse is recovering.
