>> abc7 news begins with breaking news. >> the breaking news in san francisco, seven people are hurt this morning. including a child. there was a crash involving muni. police say an s.u.v. hit a bus. the driver now taken away in handcuffs. >> i am reggie aqui. >> i am kristen sze. the crash happened at 9:00 this morning in san francisco at bay shore boulevard and industrial street. >> yes, the muni bus stopped at the red light and it was hit from behind by an s.u.v. and you can see another bus right in the location where it was during the accident, we got video of the s.u.v. driver if -- in handcuff

on suspicion of d.u.i. the bus driver let passengers off and the bus was rear ended, the 24 bus that included seven people hurt including a child. >> we put at least four people interest c spine precaution so they were experiencing some sort of neck or back pain. there was enough concern about the spine of the individuals we putnam a precaution including a collar and other stabilization. >> this is video from sky 7 shortly after the crash and the victims all suffered minor injuries and there was a dog on the bus that received medical attention. if you look at the intersection you can still see some of the tape and debris.

the bus was slammed pretty hard by the s.u.v. and what police say the victims described was a loud noise and they were shoved forward. the bus driver was letting passengers off at the intersection. they are still investigating. thank you. new this morning, two autopsies performed on -- first, can you get updates on breaking news with abc7 news app which you can download for free. new this morning, two autopsies performed on an accused bike theft culled by officers are raising questions on what happened. an autopsy performed by the medical examiner shows the 24-year-old lopez was shot in the back fur times contradicting a claim that lopez lunged at two plain clothes officers with a knife while stealing a bike.

however, it created a lot of activity. the tents of still here on division street. some of the homeless heard city officials would sweep through here in the early morning hours and kick them out. tv cameras and homeless advocates showed up and city officials did not. at 5:30 they were supposed to be there this morning but they were not, but someone called the president and a lot of people came out. >> an eviction notice gave people living here 72 hours to clear out and san francisco officials say this area has become a health hazard and is encouraging people to see a new shelter. they wonder if there is enough room and support and some homeless do not want to go. >> i don't expect anyone to understand my reasons, no one else's reasons but i very much have my own personal republicans. >> people do want help.

70s for most us and will be through the weekend and a chance of sprinkles and a light rain is possible with higher elevations and closer to the coast this evening, and, next week, it is warm and we have a chance of rain maybe a better chance on thursday and friday. antioch and livermore the most likely to reach 70, otherwise, say, mid-to-upper 60's inland and mid-to-upper 60s around the bay shore and low-to-mid 60s along the coast this afternoon and, enjoy, for tenth, it is mostly cloudy and dry and temperatures in the upper 40s to mid-50s so it will be mild when you step outside tomorrow. here we are at noon the clouds are getting thicker and the cooler sea breeze sprinkles to light rain moving into the north bay and at 5:00, it is where they stay at 7:00, and 8:00, 9:00, the weakening code front rolls law and you can see a few radar returns, clouds are thick enough with enough modify that sprinkles, drizzle, possible even a little bit of light rain as we head to midnight, and the front passes through and everything starts to dry out by the time we get to tomorrow
