impressive system, anywhere from a half-inch to an inch of rain and more flooding is likely. in the north bay around those particular areas, that tend to rise above the banks and the low-lying area. from santa rosa through the south bay we have the rain right on through the morning hours to the midst morning hours. more scattered into the afternoon. so the periods of rain all throughout your sunday and that will allow for the rain totals from today through tomorrow to press up to over an inch in the north bay. a half-inchhrom mountain view. we talked about the no snow, how it's going to start midday and not stop. that will bring anywhere from 3 to 4 feet in the higher elevations. 62 in oakland. 59 napa. the breezy winds. don't forget to set your clock ahead. with all the rain you will probably go to sleep in, you know, you won't even notice that you have lost an hour. early morning showers on monday. look what happens, upper 60s tuesday. it will feel pretty good wednesday, thursday and friday
