investigation, according to that report, 90% of the harassment was via text. assistant coach first made contact with his accuser in november of 2014. she told him as a reporter she met with coaches as part of her job. in this 23-page report, the woman, whose name is blacked out, requested to meet with the coach for coffee to gather information. she claims the coach frequently turned the text conferences into sexual innuendos. she testified in february of 2015, he insisted on going to a place called jupiter. she later drove him home after he told her he was too drunk to drive home and insisted she drive him. the report says she drove her car into the am garage. she claims the conference went like this, he said, you're coming up. no, i'm going to leave now. are you thinking i'm going to

have sex with you? yes, he answered. she responded, not going to happen. you and i are professional colleagues. not interested in you. she said she felt scared when she noticed the garage door was closed. in the same report, he says days before going to jupiter, he acknowledged texting her to go out after the game. she agreed. he says it was a sexual advance and in the back of my mind, i was like, obviously she's willing. he claims after she told him she wasn't interested, he drove her back to her car and that was the end of it. she says it was inappropriate but not sexual harassment. she claims she was let go because she could no longer cover the team properly. at uc berkeley, leanne melendez, "abc7 news." two new lawsuits accused a

bay area celebrity chef of labor violations and harassment. two of his former servers claim they had to endure inappropriate touches and comments. they say he directed his managers not to hire women unless they wanted to have sex with them. "abc7 news" has reached out to representatives. so far they have not returned our request for comments. breaking news. "abc7 news" is now projecting winners in the florida primaries on the democratic side, you can see hillary clinton is declared the winner with 65% of the vote. with bernie sanders' 33%. and donald trump is the projected winner for the republicans. marco rubio came in second in a must-win race, because that is his home state, which will raise lots of questions whether he'll

have to suspend his campaign. but you can see trump wins it with 45%. the man who led authorities on a high speed race last night is an uber driver. officers say he took off when they tried to pull him over for not turning off his high beams. the chase ended when he ran over a spike strip. officers still had to use a stun gun on him when he refused to surrender. he was alone in the car and it's unclear whether he was on duty. police in palo alto released this sketch of a man accused of exposing himself to a 13-year-old girl. the girl says she was walking her dogs when the man walked towards her and stopped to pet the dogs. the girl says the man then followed her for neary a block.

a campaign is under way to speed up the process for families to receive a coroner's report for a family member killed by police. the 39-year-old was shot and killed by oakland police officers near 90th and bancroft streets last november. the family says it took 3 1/2 months for them to hand over the coroner's report. >> we want the law changed to where it's no longer than 30 days. after a terrifying ordeal. she was in her company van when someone stole it. the suspect is john lamb who is now in custody.

janet o is live at the scene where this went down with the details. janet? >> reporter: lamb was booked on three felony counts. he ended up crashing the stolen van here and right in front of a cafe where city officials were meeting, they heard the crash and sprung into action. less than 24 hours ago, norm a gutierrez was in the back of her company's van. >> translator: he was speeding really fast and hitting cars and i thought, wait, wait, i need to get out of here. >> reporter: she thought he was another employee taking her home. she said she made a bold move. >> translator: i got the chance
