police call the "beered bandit." he is accused in a dozen bank robberies and all the way from gilroy to sacramento on monday robberies in lafayette. there was good surveillance video of him. he wore sunglasses and hats but that beard was always visible giving him the name "the beered bandit i a shopper at c.v.s. spotted him and it ended here. police say he was buying razor to shave off that beard. >> cannot believe that story. >> enjoy attack on brussels, police discovered a new attacker in the subway and he is still on the loose. tiffany wilson is in the newsroom. tiffany? >> belgium police say a second suspect is on surveillance video

with the suicide bummer so there is a massive manhunt for two terror suspects. police believe at least five people were involved in the attack on brussels, three at the airport and two on the metro. a manhunt is already underway for this suspect, seen in the hat and height jacket at the airport. his bomb did not go off and he took off. police say the bombmaker, laachraoui, was one of the two suicide bombers at the airport. we are learning more of explosives used. the bombs remain made of tapt, a very unstable explosive that is hard to detect and easy to maneuver through a crowd. >> certainly, something that we would see a lot in the future, the number of cause us is usually high and the terrorists, the result is high. >> you new video of the growing memorial in brussels,
