multiple state agencies looked at plans, sections and maintenance records and tested. they found seven factors that led to the collapse but the main reason was water damage, dry rot. the term used met building code, construction was done when it was rainy causing the moisture to be trapped in the structure. this statement "this is not a decision that came to slightly but the culmination of months of consultation with my team of tones and follows extensive review of legal and factual and numerous meetings with investigators and experts." the d.a. said they are still working with the state license board on taking any administration actions again companies involved and will consider amending building code and inspection oversite law. the d.a. has responded to the victims and families best announcement. >> thank you, janet.
