today there is a big celebration. anyone and everyone is invited to the event. it started at 8:00 a.m. riders will notice another change starting today. caltrain operates at or above 100% of capacity during peak times. trains have been waiting longer to take off. starting today you will see updated schedule and departure times reflect the new reality. it will be taking off a few minutes later than before. that is per train. >> heads up if you take bart in the east bay. service was supposed to be back to normal. plans have changed. this morning, bart will continue to operate the shuttle trains between pittsburg/bay point and north concord. they tested the regular trains and they still experiencing problems. bart has a new team of engineers focused on the train cars as the

possible source of the electrical issue damaging so many of the trains. that shuttle train will operate every ten minutes. >> from new jersey, look at airport officials trying to determine what sparked two fires inside the international terminal at newark airport. the photos show a fire broke out in the boiler room. hundreds of passengers were evacuated. a second fire broke out after they were allowed back in. it forced another evacuation. everyone was let back in. no flights were impacted. >> new details in a terrible accident. two teens have died after being hit by a suspected drunk driver. the boys were walking with another teen and his mother on highway 49 when a truck hit them. one died at the scene. a second died at the hospital. a 62-year-old man was arrested on d.u.i. and officers say he may have been involved in an early accident that day. >> giants outfielder hunter

saturday after being reported missing on friday. a source told abc that she is the ex-girlfriend of stanislav patrov. he is a suspect in a domestic violence case involving her. >> a group of vandals shooting out car end withs with bb guns could be more dangerous. this is new surveillance video showing possible get away vehicles and image of a vandal. they they now are targeting people. two men have been hit. 125 cars and business windows have been shot out since december. increased patrols are taking place. >> the minimum wage deal will be signed in los angeles by the governor that will kill jobs according to critics. the governor said that raising the minimum wage to $15 an hour does so in a responsible way that provides flexibility if economic conditions change. the hourly wage increases $10.50 by next year.
