live from the kgo-tv broadcast center this is abc7 news. >> we know it is not if the big earthquake hits but when. a new report today says the embarcadero is at more risk than previously thought and it will cost more to fix than most of us can imagine. i am reggie aqui. >> i am natasha zouves. kristen is off today. the three mile stretch is a century old. thousands use this to get in and out of the city. the land is incredibly valuable. a look from the camera shows an earthquake could shift the seawall several feet leading to cracks in the embarcadero. at risk is this stretch, from the wharf all the way to at&t park. our reporter, amy hollyfield, is breaking down the new report.

amy? >> yes, this is one of thement spots listed in the report, pier 27. this is the cruise ship terminal. a ship is here now. imagine all the people who pass here. the owners on the embarcadero say it is past time for the port to start focusing on our old seawall. this new study shows the seawall is in worst shape than originally thought and said it could crack if there is a major earthquake that could cause damage to the road on the embarcadero and damage the buildings and utilities. we ask the owner of the pier 23 cafe her reaction to the study and she is not surprised to sear it is fragile but glad that port federals are finally spaying attention. >> they have ignore norred our infrastructure and we pay the price. it is scary. you lack a pictures you think, is that going to fall in the bay? that is, really, horrible when

morgan him. >> we get word that david wolfsmith has bail out of jail. the champions could put him away for decades, if convicted. the wolf pack is well-known if morgan hill. members of the fitness organization show up in big numbers in the marathons and cycling events. their heard, david wolfsmith was just arrested. >> always a necessary guy. >> people who work near the gym say they were surprised by the alleges. police arrested wolfsmith and backed him into the santa clara county jail on ten total charges of sexual battery by fraud, lewd acts on a child, and molesting a child. the first alleged victim came forward in february. her father notified the police about misconduct while she was training. >> she mentioned other people's names, and we interviewed other people, and another minor, couple more adults and through

the investigation we began to learn that there were additional victims. all the charges are related to five female victims, two juveniles and three adults, the oldest in her 50s with the first incident taking place in 2013. they would not get somewhat specifically happened because it could compromise the investigation. they say all of the incidents took place at the wolf pack gym. his wife, guylines owns design salon in the same building. we were told no one would comment on the arrest. officers are already interviewing another possible two or three victims and say more could be there. we are looking into any place he would have contact females through coaching standpoint or a training standpoint. >> the police say thatful smith was a cross country coach here in morgan hill back in twine twin but so for this say this is no connection between the victims and the high school. >> police in appeal are warning

families to be alert after a man exposed himself to a young girl at an elementary school. police say this happened during recess year on amarillo avenue. detectives say the man was in the packing loss of the buddhist temple watching the kids through a fence as they played. a girl saw him with his pants unbuttons and her parents called police. officers have not tracked down the man. if you see anything suspicious give them a call. >> traffic is still slow going along 880 in oakland hours after a crash clogged up the heart of the commute. sky 7 was over the scene shortly after 8:00 a.m. you can see a big-rig gravel truck tipped over and spilled its load on 880 southbound near jackson street right near the 980 connection. last check, the c.h.p. said two lanes of the connection and two lanes of 880 of still blocked. you will want to try to avoid that area. there is no word on the cause.

>> daly city, dublin, los gatos, and all the bay area, this is abc7 news. this will frustrate a lot of you. a morebly placed curb will cost the city of san francisco hundreds of thousands of dollars. the intersection is a problem. muni buses cannot turn there without going right on to the sidewalk. san francisco municipal transportation agency said it will cost $up 45,000 to fix this. the engineers used the wrong mold when they made the curb. it should be fixed in a few weeks.
