another woman who he is alleged to have attacked. vic lee is live with the story. vic? >> reporter: the hearing is over and the judge continued proceedings until may. the prosecutors had witnesses on the stand talking about this new woman who claims he also assaulted her. a cop said the woman told him he threatened her immigration status if she pressed charges. inside, body guards surrounded him and outside of the court house, members of the community demonstrated in support called on the judge to pursue

domestic violence charges. the 33-year-old is on probation after pleading guilty to misdemeanor domestic violence battery in the alleged beating of his girlfriend. prosecutors charged jahal with 45 felonies. prosecutors proceeded without her testimony. a home security video did capture the reported beating but it was thrown out in court after a judge ruled it was seized without a warrant. the domestic violence kons sores yim has been following the case closely. >> this is a simple case of domestic violence. had the video been allowed in with 117 slaps and kicks, i think we'd be in a different place. >> prosecutors say there was another alleged victim, saying he kicked her leg 10-12 times during an argument in his

medical examiners performed a four hour autopsy on prince today but no cause of death was revealed. >> eric thomas is with us in the newsroom. >> reporter: the sheriff said the outside world knew hims a celebrity but they knew him as a good neighbor. he says there is no evidence of foul play or suicide, numerous detectives and half of the crime lab are assigned to this case. in that news conference, the medical examiner says it may be a while before revealing a cause of death. >> it will be days and likely weeks before having the results available. >> the sheriff's department says staffers went to the paisley park home and found his body in an elevator. paramedics tried cpr but were

unsuccessful. the sheriff says there were no signs of trauma. >> it would be a sign of violence. something violent that happened. there is no sign of that. >> prince died after his plane made an emergency landing and he was rushed to the hospital with what a spokesperson called the flu. today, authorities were forced to deal with rumors that prescription painkillers may be involved. >> there is no information at this time in regards to what they're talking about. >> prince's friends and musical partners continue to grieve. oakland native sheila e said the injuries were no secret. >> we know he's had issues with his hips. if you look back in the days of purple rain, he was on top of risers and jumping down off risers in those heels, you know? it damaged parts of his body. >> the president, who is visiting london today had this to say about the death of the

members of the broeden family. each shot in the head. three children, including a four day old baby and six month old survived the shooting. authorities say the killer or killers haven't been arrested. a tanker drop dropped through the ceiling of a parking garage this evening. it suddenly dropped through a hole in the concrete. there were reports the lower level of the parking garage had been flooded by heavy rains. it was a big day for president obama and the first lady in london. the president met with queen elizabeth this morning and later in a news conference with prince william he called for the country to stay in the eu. president obama says the uk could lose key trade deals if it decides to leave. the president will be in london tomorrow before leaving for germany. kensington palace posted
