news in milpitas, investigators are looking into an officer involved shooting. janet is in the newsroom with that story. >> in officers were injured. the suspect was shot on 680 on the on-ramp. an investigation is taking place right now looking into the circumstances that led the officers to four the can you see markers on the ground. the incident happened at 1:00 a.m. officers were running after the suspect after he got out of the car in a hotel parking lot. he was treated at the scene and taken to a hospital. the suspect's condition is not none. we will keep you updated. >> happening today the san jose couple found murdered in their home will be laid to rest. a rare service and funeral is planned for today. police arrested both of the couple's sons, 22-year-old hasib rabbi and 17-year-old brother.
