trying to find the connection between an be accused murder and one. its victims. on wednesday that victim was found shot to death near los gatos. a second victim was found inside a trashed car in campbell. the man accused in both crimes has now appeared in court. katie marzullo has the latest. >> the widow, siblings and close friends of the victim were in court as the 53-year-old man was charged with two sants of murder. >> this is obviously a very disturbing crime. >> in new documents the sheriff's deputies say redmond and an accomplice went into his place wednesday armed and demanding money. >> they encountered his adult son. they held the barrel of the gun to his head and hit him several time. and bound him on his wrist, inc. else and arms with duct tape.

and 55 concord. this afternoon we will see highs similar to the past couple of days. plenty of 60s. a few 70s for the outlying regions. as we take a look at mt. tam, a little bit of fog in the upper elevations, the breeze and patchy drizzle this morning. cooler than normal for the weekend weren't will get into that warmer pattern. and back to work monday and then the warmest day of the week will be tuesday and wednesday and then another system will cool us back by the end of the next week. statewide we are looking at the precip here, the northwestern corner. the state. partly cloudy, dry. 74 in yosemite. cool and a good deal of cloud cover in southern california and at our beaches. so temperatures not bad, but a little bit cooler than what we are used to. so a narrow line of drizzle and still by 10:00 the clouds will begin to evaporate and by the afternoon we get into a partly cloudy sky. but still with that cool onshore flow the numbers in that narrow

range. 60s to perhaps low 70. in san jose today midst 70s. below that even cooler tomorrow. we will get into more sunshine. upper 70s on monday. mid-80s tuesday. near 90 on wednesday and bag cool down after that. so in terms of high temperatures today, notice the green here representing mainly 60s. 62 at half moon bay. you get out to the inland east bay by the delta where numbers will reach about 710. though 70s. 72 livermore, san jose. 67 oakland. and vallejo as well as san rafael. tomorrow a big day, bay to breakers, we will look at temperatures and the cloud cover with us again to keep us on the cool side. 55 at 7:00. upper 50s by 9:00 and looking at low 106's, more sun. and by the afternoon it should be pretty nice in the mid-60s. the accuweather seven-day forecast, a coolish weekend with more cloud cover today. maybe some drizzle. and by monday we are warming up
