two cars involved, a minivan crashed into a night pole and knocked it over. police helped the victims in the car but they fund the people in the minivan last the scene the people were told to go over to the senior community center. it was rented for a private funding. there was someone shot lying on the walkway. witnesses describe what they heard. >> we heard shots. we seen in the windows and everyone was running. >> the man who was shot died at scene. police say though do not know if he was attending the event. they are not sure how the car crashed ties into the shoeing. in it does. they are working to put this together. they will brief the media in a press conference at 9:30.
