last night, the former security guard was arrested and booked on charges of felony animal cruelty and misdemeanor assault on the dog owner. >> everybody that heard the story, i feel was heart broken. >> roscoe was mike's beloved pet. he says mar exchanged words with him, when he used a smart phone to record a scuffle. he says morris slapped the phone out of his hand and ta tacked him. security cameras captured the brazen assault. >> he went to his vehicle, changed out of his uniform and whacked the man on the back of the head.
