francisco police department has been smashed by the power of the people. >> the frisco 500 strikers who were the catalyst issued a statement saying we have won this battle, but the war is not over. they are still demanding the resignation of mayor ed lee. in san francisco, abc 7 news. tony chaplain has been with the police department for 26 years. the oklahoma native is a lieutenant who led the department's homicide and gang unit. this year he became deputy chief to deal with policing. he received the silver medal of valor and arresting a gang member without anyone else getting hurt. >> this is the third fatal shooting in the past six months. on april seventh, two officers and a homeless man. he charged with police after
