a witness saw fernando castro dragging pearl on wednesday morning as she was headed to school and later killed during a shot out with police. the one person who could know where pearl is. cries called off the search on saturday. the sister does not believe pearl knew the kidnapper. >> heart agreeing discovery, the coroner has confirmed a body found in a river is that of a miss one year old girl, a better spotted kaylee jackson in the water near walnut growth and camed police a quarter mile from where they found her father's body. they disappeared after leaving antioch for sacramento a week ago. they drove off the road for unknown reasons. investigators say there is no evidence of foul play. >> a reminder of the dangers on and in the wart this holiday weekend after a drawning involving two people from the bay area. a man and a woman from pittsburg drown in a river after being swept downstream.

>> san francisco, and the east bay, this is the news. >> a shooting left two people dead and six hurt including a second armed man. this began on sunday morning when a gunman walked and a detailing shop and began fire fireing. a customer was killed and then the gunman turned attention to the police with 21 rounds at a police car. we saw the results of the

on the peninsula, a lot of low-to-mid 80s until millbrae at 79 and low-to-mid 60s mainly along the coast, and low-to-mid 70s downtown south san francisco and into sausalito and through the north bay at 80 to 86 degrees and low-to-mid 60s at the coast and we will have mid-to-upper 70s for parts of the east bay but look at union city, newark and fremont and castro valley and orinda, low-to-mid 80s and you will need 80s, and 89 to 95. and activities in san francisco today for memorial day, and we will top out mainly in the mid-to-upper 60s throughout most the day spiking at 70 right around the 2:00 hour, and we will few back comfortably tonight and the 50s and if you are comfortable opening the windows you will get free air conditioning. my seven-day forecast shows a string of mid-to-upper 90s inland and even 100 by friday, and we will hang out in the 70s to 80s around the bay and 60s at the coast. now, a check of the morning
