complete. they do have one person under arrest. now, this all took place just after mid-night this morning and police say that a woman in her 20s was hit by two vehicles and a law enforcement source said that the driver stopped near the onramp and police arrested the male driver. >> there were some people that staid on the scene, and we're trying to see who was involved and who was witnesses. there's ongoing at this point. >> you now, my driver arrested is 22 years old and did not have a license. the victim may have been intoxicated and live in the area. no word on where she is walking to. anyone with information give them a call. matt keller with abc7 news. >> thank you matt. this just in from cnn. they're reporting that investigators confirm signals from one of the black boxes have
