live from the kgotv broadcast center, this is abc7 news. >> now at 10:30, a cleveland come back. lebron james and the cavss finally score an nba finals win and crushing the hopes of a dub nation sweep, sadly. i'm ama daetz. >> and i'm dan ashley. we are on a half hour early tonight to bring you a special coverage of game three of the nba finals. we have live team coverage for you tonight. >> let's begin with our sports director larry beil who is live at or oracle. plenty of of fans for the watch party. >> we had over 13 thousand fans here. it was like a real game. anybody thinking of a warrior sweep in the nba finals got a rude awakening because back in cleveland the cavs crushed the

warriors 120 to 90. it was never really close. a miserable night for the splash brothers. they started off cold and never heated up. as a team the warriors hit 9 of 33 from downtown. a quiet 19 points. and kyrie irving was shaking and baking. 32 for the game. the cavs with a wire to wire finish. irving had 16 points and tied the warriors in the first quarter and lebron james, that is with authority right there. he had 32 and the cavs roll it 120-90. >> for me to do what i need to do i need to play a hundred times better than i did especially in the first quarter to control the game and didn't do it. >> there is just one win. you have to be able to have a short mind, but also learn from the mistakes you made the previous game and just try to better yourself the following game. that's what we were able to

cleveland as their team got run over by the cavaliers. >> kind of thought cleveland would step up and play hard, but i thought the warriors would try to answer. for whatever reason they were off. >> reporter: the cavalier fans were a huge part of the game. they were like an extra player on the court. a loud, motivated player. >> this is one of the loudest stadiums i have been in. so, yeah, we got an earful. >> this crowd is on their feet and they are loud. it is great to be here. >> reporter: we couldn't conduct interviews without getting drowned out. this must be how the players felt, overpowered by cleveland. but warrior fans tell us they are not diskirnlgd by one game. discouraged by one game. >> we can really learn.

she was recovered safely. the man who allegedly kidnapped her is in police custody. >> i am very grateful. i am very, very grateful. it could have went the wrong way. >> oakland police say she was taken by a man in his 20s near this house. a short time later shown on sky 7hd, police stopped the silver car near san pablo. one was involved in the kidnapping. we did have a witness who called in of this possible kidnapping and the victim who is a female teen also confirmed she was kidnapped. >> reporter: the teen was returned safely to her family. her cousin said the eighth grader and two friend went missing a couple days ago jievment they were -- >> they were snatched up and stripped and held at gunpoint to try to go prostitutes. they were going to put them out there to prostitute them. >> the house police were looking at is right there, the one on the corner. >> this area is not even

familiar. she don't have family in this area. that's how i know she was held against her will. >> reporter: police staked out the house guns drawn before entering and finding no more victims or suspects inside. in oakland, laura anthony, abc7 news. a 12-year-old boy who was stabbed in the back during a san leandro bank robbery is back home. he suffered three stab wounds. the knife stopped short of puncturing his lung. jacob, who is a big warriors fan, is making a recovery, but he still has trouble moving around. >> he didn't hit any organs and they did reconstructive surgery on him. >> a lot of people reached out to me and i want to thank them for everything. >> the family has a go fund me page to help pay for describe cob's medical bills. you can find a link to that at abc7news.com. the woman accused of stabbing jacob was in court today. she is charged with attempted

murder and robbery. new tonight, san jose police say they captured three juveniles who attacked trump supporters at a rally for the presidential hopeful. two of the suspects were caught on video outside last week's rally. abc7 news reporter lilian kim will have more in a live report coming up at 11:00. now, you are looking at workers replacing a window that was pierced by a bullet at san jose city hall. it happened at the 6th street entrance. police looked at surveillance video. detectives believe it was shot between 1:30 and 2:00 this morning. though no one noticed the damage until later. >> if this happened in the wee hours of the night there are any number of possible explanations we would like to find out. yes, a bullet shot in city hall is something we all should be concerned about, but we are not making the assumptions of what caused it. >> private security guards patrol city hall around the clock. they also installed video

cameras after an increase in tagging graffiti two months ago. an alert for stanford students after a man terrified two students in their dorm rooms. you are looking at a sketch of the prowler. he struck twice early friday morning. each victim said he was lifting the covers on their beds when they woke up suddenly. coming up at 11:00, leslie brinkley talks with students about the prowler warning that they received. the outrage over what some call a light sentence for a stanford swimmer convicted of sexual assault has prompted graduating seniors to plan a protest before this sunday's graduation. this comes as new pictures surfaced that prosecutors say prove brock turner partied and used drugs well before his stanford days. documents and pictures obtained by abc news show a completely different picture of brock turner than the one he, his family and lawyers described in court. in his sentencing for sexually assaulting an unconscious woman outside a frat party near a dumpster, the top tier

stanford university swimmer wrote to the judge, "coming from a small town in ohio i never really experienced celebrating or partying that involved alcohol." prosecutors, however, wrote that at this apparent party, turner wearing his stanford swimming shirt, was holding a bong. the 20-year-old told the judge he doesn't do illicit drugs, but prosecutors say that's him smoking a hash pipe before college. and there were harder drugs proven in text messages. the judge who presided over the case a angering many people for sentencing turner to just six months in jail. >> they are threatening and use a lot of profanity. they hope he dies. they hope his kids get raped. >> now one of the men who ran to help the victim when he and a friend say they saw turner on top of the woman is speaking out. the stanford university graduate student is still in shock over what he and his friend say they witnessed that

250d's terror attack happened in the coastal city of tel aviv. the shooters wounded at least five other people. adrian has more now from new york. >> reporter: sirens are blaring as police and ambulances rush to the center of tel aviv after two men opened fire on innocent people in a deadly attack at a popular mall. cameras capturing the chaos as shots rang out at the market. people running to escape. cell phone footage showing police cupping a man on the ground. >> ambulances were rushed to the scene. we are looking for additional casualties. >> police are calling this an act of terror at the hands of two palestinians. both are in custody. one is being treated for gunshot wounds. >> this is a savage crime,

murder. it is terrorism in the heart of tel aviv. >> the shooting happening across from the israeli defense force headquarters. within minutes of prime minister benjamin netanyahu's return from russia. he immediately convened a meeting with his top security official. the u.s. state department calling the violence cowardly. there are reports the attackers may have been disguised as orthodox jews. in the past eight months, the palestinian attacks have increased resulting in the deaths of 31 israelis and two americans. this latest attack adding to the numbers. abc news, new york. your voice, your vote. one day after california's primary we now know the voter turnout with all ballots accounted for. the secretary of state's office says 33% of registered voters in the state actually voted. that adds up to more than 5.9 million votes. and bernie sanders has shown no sign of dropping out after

sugary drinks won't take effect next month after all. the judge granted a temporary injunction blocking the law while the beverage industry groups appeal it. >> that's right. they say the law violates their free speech rights by forcing them to give a message they do not believe. it is time to turn to our weather. there is a breeze out there blowing. >> it was quite windy in spots. sandhya patel is here with the forecast. sandhya? >> it has been pretty windy across parts of the bay area. this is the time of year when we expect it to get windy. get used to it. the next couple days we will see the gusty winds again. we are showing you the low clouds reforming. if you look at the time lapse from the mount tam cam you will see what happened. we have low clouds around and high clouds moving in and it looked like there was quite a bit of cloudiness. the low clouds cleared the coastline and now they are starting to reform. a pretty time lapse. we encourage you to send your video and your photos.

just tag them # abc7 now. it is gusty at fair field. 21 in concord. we are getting the on shore breeze and that's what brought the cooling today. the temperatures right now in the 50s and the 60s. a live look from the bouncy camera. you can see it is still shaky. you can see the marine layer. morning overcast and patchy drizzle. we are looking at below average conditions on thursday and friday, but it will warm up this upcoming week end. first thing when you get going temperatures in the low to mid50s. what you will notice is if you do park outside and you have to get to your car it will be drizzly like it was last night. you needed the wipers across parts of the bay area. so tomorrow morning we will have the wiper weather for some spots at 5:00 a.m. 8:00 a.m. it is still around. you notice it there in the green. then at 10:00 a.m. the drizzle goes away and the low clouds pull out of the inland valleys, but we have some lingering near the bay and the

beaches and then at 4:00 p.m. we will hang on to overcast skieses. the rest of you will enjoy a nice, sunny day. it is just not as warm as what we are used to for this time of year. 76 in san jose. 81 in gilroy and 72 milpitas. 70 in santa cruz. on the peninsula, secretary 8 in san mateo and redwood city. los altos, it is going to be breezy again near the coastline. the temperatures are in the low 60s. daly city is 60 degrees. the clouds will linger. north bay communities you will see most temperatures in the 70s. 72 san rafael and 77 santa rosa and 76 in napa. sausalito is in the 60s and upper 50s near the beaches. 66 berkeley and 68 in oakland and 76 degrees in fremont. inland areas is running below where you need to be for this time of year, but mild and pleasant. 78 in concord. you look at the temperature trend for livermore. the average high is 79. you will run below that for a couple of days and then it runs up above normal for this time of year.

disgusted and amazed that tickets for friday's service are being sold on-line. ali insisted the tickets for his memorial service be free. he died on friday at the age of 74. all right, a tragedy in paradise to talk about. one sister died in a horrific car accident that police say was actually no accident. >> and now her twin faceses murder charges on the island of maui. stephanie ramos has more. >> reporter: what really lead to this deadly scene in maui? they charged alexander duvall for killing her twin sister, annastacia. she said she first drove into a wall before plunging it 200 feet off the cliff and on to a rocky shoreline. alexandra suffering minor injuries, but her sister found dead. witnesses say they saw the two in a drag out fight moments before the crash. both of them stopped in the vehicle in the middle of the road. >> i could see a pair of hands
