>> we have obtained official court documents from the trial of the former stanford swimmer accused of sexual assault. matt keller has been going over the documents and joins us from santa clara. matt? >> yes, reggie i have been reading payments of the court documents released related to the case. they reveal some interesting new details about what led up to the sentencing of brock turner. that sentencing has sparked outrage all across the united states, superior court judge persky said that he sentenced brock turner to only six months for the sexual assault at stanford because of his age and lack of criminal record. but the recent full sentencing memo stresses he had a history of harassing women and was similarly aggress we have another female at a fraternity party the week before. the district attorney also said that turner lied to the judge about drinking and partying, information that judge persky had when he handed down the sentence. the state assembly member from san jose said it is an injustice and she is demanding action.
