live from the kgo-tv broadcast center this is abc7 news. >> we start with breaking news in san francisco. a man has been rushed to the hospital after being rescued at china beach. witnesses say he may have been swept out by waves and a strong current. a group of swimmers spotted the man struggles in the water. they flagged down a lifeguard. >> matt grabbed his site ran to the batch and grabbed his body out of the water. mellow, we called 9-1-1.
