after taking off after a violent crash. it happened at pleasant hill road and taylor boulevard this afternoon. the driver started hopping fences trying to get away. police arrested him a short time later. the driver had injurieses from the crash and a stab wound that's being investigated. two other people had minor injuries. >> oakland is playing musical chairs with its police department. abc7 news reporter alyssa harrington has more on the fifth person charged in 11 days. >> that's right. downing is the fifth person in the past week and a half. a city official says leadership will change again because he is expected to retire in the next six months. >> the oakland police department has a new boss for now. chief david downing. on friday the mayor put city administrator in charge of
