the visit will mean street closures in san francisco. right around where he is staying. 5th street is closed from mission to folsom and howard. the president arrives tonight and will travel to palo alto tomorrow. the motorcade will impact traffic from san francisco to the peninsula. san francisco police are investigating two deadly hit-and-run accident involves bicyclists. the most recent happened at 7th and howard before 8:30 last night. police say the driver ran a red light and hit a man on a bicycle. a viewer shared the video as paramedics arrived. the man did not survive. the driver took off but was arrested a short time later. the other deadly bicycle crash was in golden gate park. police are still searching for two men who ran from the scene after hitting a woman on a bicycle at 30th and j.f.k. drive at 6:00. the driver abandoned the white

honda with dealer plate as quarter mile away. they were estimated to be going 50 or 60 miles per hour and crossing into oncoming traffic before the crash. >> nearly went into the opposite direction of traffic. went far enough over to run right into the lady head on. >> i look and i see the woman bicyclist would just passed us on the road and her bicycle fly the office way. >> the bicycle was not reported stolen. >> oakland police department reeling from the scandals and now they get an apology from the police department. >> on behalf of the oakland police department we are sorry this is causing embarrassment for the department but for the city of oakland. >> those words from oakland police as they are rocked by multiple scandals. in the past two weeks, chief sean whent resigned abruptedly.
