appearance with founder mark zuckerberg. >> a bicyclist was killed in a traffic crash in pleasanton. police say that at 7:00 a.m. they called to scene of a collision at valley boulevard a woman was riding the bicycle southbound and a car traveling eastbound on stanley hit her. the driver is cooperating with the police. >> that makes three separate deadly bicycle crashes in the bay area in the past 24 hours. two in san francisco were hit-and-runs and one case, the police are still hook for the driver. we have new information this morning from san francisco transit. >> byes saying their vision zero policy has made positive chains but they cannot keep people from speeding and behaving badly. their design work can only do so much. they told us more on the victims in the collision yesterday. a woman on her bicycle in her early 40s was killed in golden

is abc7 news. >> in washington, dc, a huge blow to the white house immigration plan. the supreme court announced a rule, that president obama called "heartbreaking." jessica castro is here to explain why a tie is a loss for the president. jessica? the ruling means a stand still for policy that would have expanded programs to give undocumented immigrants a chance to stay in the united states. the obama administration expressed confidence the decision would go their way but dead the president had to admit defeat. >> a crush blow to the obama administration. >> the fact that the supreme court was not able to issue a decision today doesn't set it back further, it takes us further from the country we aspire to be. >> justices voted 4-4 on the constitutionality of the president's immigration policy. it was a dead even split made possible by an understaffed bench. today's ruling had no comment

how about silicon valley tech tours? more people are looking for a real life experience with a company they usually see in virtual world. matt colder joins us at facebook headquarters with more on this trend. malt? >> yes, we have tours that came here and we have a lot of investigations blocking our facebook sign with thumb's up and now a tourist destination and some tour companies are cashing in. the golden gate bridge and alcatraz and the wharf are the popular tourist attractses in san francisco but the city by the bay is getting competition from the south and is a hot spot. tour companies are offering upclose views of tech companies such as google and facebook and apple. >> i am curious, we deal with the companies all day every day at home and they are curious to see where they original nature.
