4:42 pm
says we're going to find eight hours of lost time. it's true. >> most have 25 hours that are not utilized. when we don't, it's actually been working with joe and finding more time in my calendar and focusing on our core businesses that are more profitable than others. it's actually given me more of a chance to have a little more fun in the kitchen. to cultivate our staff in different ways. i never kept the time or the clarity to really do them. it doesn't give you back 8 hours or 12 hours. it gives you back your life. you take care of the important things. it's not worth your family or your health. he talks about confidence and

4:49 pm
personal information so your e-mail address and phone number private. connects to the conversation there without revealing any contact details. >> tell me about ease of use and customer service. what do you provide for people? >> it's something we really pride ourselves on. we have a dedicated team that's working to respond to users and help promote the best experience. the thing about our community is we treat it as an actual real life community where we help other community managers create. we had one recently that talked about how they make money on the side buying and selling items and refurbishing and how to make money. >> coming up, we've got luxury vacation ideas. >> people think it's something to do with young children or do it later
