santa rosa, berkeley, san jose and all the bay area, this is abc7 news. this should found familiar to all of you forking the stanford case. this morning, there is national outrage against the lenient sentence handed down to a former indiana university student accused of sexual assault. the 212-- a night in jail with no prison time and charged with rape this two separate cases in september but he assaulted two women during a party at his fraternity. the judge threw out the felony charges saying there wasn't enough evidence. >> disappointed to say the least that there is no real jail time.
