disturbing. shoot happened just outside minneapolis. 32-year-old castillo shot and killed by police during a traffic stop last night around 9:30 minnesota time. his girlfriend and daughter were in the car, the girlfriend immediately post this had video and it went viral. it shows him slumped over in the driver's seat. the officer still pointing a gun at him. the girlfriend and her daughter were not hurt during the incident and throughout the night there have been protests. so far things have been peaceful. >> and i knew that i was going to have to come out and bring prayer and peace to the situation. i didn't want other people to be hurt. >> right now there are crowds starting to gather outside the governor's mansion. we want to take a live look. you can see crowds sitting on the ground there. we're starting to see more

massive fire at a construction site yesterday morning in the east bay. we're watching this five story apartment building go up in flames live yesterday at this time. that building is now a total loss. last night firefighters used a blow torch to dismantle that giant crane. the fire also burned a nearby apartment complex. one resident showed us what is left of her townhouse. >> i was shaking so bad, i had no time t my wallet, anything. >> neighbors say they heard fireworks just before the fire started. officials have not confr)med those claims. only on abc 7 news, the young woman at the center of a sex sandal makes a shocking revelation. she calls herself celeste guap and says richmond police department offered to put her on

a plane last night for a month long stay in rehab. some are questioning were they motives pure. here is dan noyes with the report. >> reporter: she tells me he was in a murder rirks didn't give her time to put on shoes, she wore her bedroom slippers. he tried to get her on the plane to miami. >> so what did they say? >> to go to rehab. >> atrying to get to you go whe? >> tonight. they said it was a paid vacation. >> reporter: celeste says in past reports that she's had sex with horn 30 officers, sar departments, rlieutenants and captains. and several of those cases could turn out to be statutory rape. investigations are under way. now celeste tells me he she's still in contact with several officers and they question the motivation of the richmond pt trying to send her across the country. when there are good rehab facilities in the bay area.

we're looking at the aftermath of a deadly crash in the sea cliff witnesses say the driver was speeding when he slammed into the mansion. the driver died and the crash sparked a fire inside the home. family members say the driver was 75-year-old gary young who lived in the neighborhood. moments earlier the car slammed in to a parked truck. >> really high rate of speed. went through the stop sign over here at 32nd and california and i heard the impact down the roid. road. >> no one was in the home. two dogs were rescued. neighbors say this is the second crash since months. san francisco schools are still looking to fill 100 teaching positions so they're offering signing bonuses. according to the chronicle, the city is offering $4,000 to special education teach her aides and veteran teacher.
