san jose, san jose fire posted this video on periscope of the films at 7th a worker spotted the fire in an area surrounded by concrete and tried to put it out. i was too big so they called the tire department. it took crews 45 minutes to contain the fire and they are frying to figure out the cause. that is as a friday fire at a paper recycling laboratory in in new -- plant in newark. you can see the thick black smoke this poured into the sky triggering a shelter-in-place. it was two hours before it was under control. >> a search team from alameda county sheriff will begin a recovery mission in blast -- pleasanton. two men fellow board from a raft and does not resurface. a police lieutenant said that there were no life preservers on the raft and the missing men did not know how to swim or were
