but that's not what we all have in common. we talked to our doctors about treatment with xarelto®. xarelto® is proven to treat and help reduce the risk of dvt and pe blood clots. xarelto® is also proven to reduce the risk of stroke in people with afib, not caused by a heart valve problem. for people with afib currently well managed on warfarin, there is limited information on how xarelto® and warfarin compare in reducing the risk of stroke. you know, taking warfarin, i had to deal with that blood testing routine. i couldn't have a healthy salad whenever i wanted. i found another way. yeah, treatment with xarelto®. hey, safety first. like all blood thinners, don't stop taking xarelto® without talking to your doctor, as this may increase your risk of a blood clot or stroke. while taking, you may bruise more easily and it may take longer for bleeding to stop. xarelto® may increase your risk of bleeding if you take certain medicines. xarelto® can cause serious and in rare cases, fatal bleeding. get help right away for unexpected bleeding, unusual bruising, or tingling. if you have had spinal anesthesia while on xarelto®, watch for back pain or any nerve or muscle related signs or symptoms. do not take xarelto® if you have an artificial heart valve or abnormal bleeding.

6:32 am
unsatisfied with the choice of hillary clinton or donald trump, and even among those that are supporting one candidate or the other tell us that they are supporting trump primarily because they are opposed to hillary clinton. or they're supporting hillary clinton primarily because they are opposed to donald trump. american voters are clearly not satisfied with their choices going into the election. >> that is quite different, but this has been a different kind of a campaign season this time around. now, yesterday, trump made it official that mike pence is his vp. they seem to be polar opposites. >> reporter: this, carolyn, you are right. this is the ultimate political odd couple in terms of temperament, in terms of style. even on some of the big issues, they have not seen eye to eye. one thing that donald trump did, by picking mike pence, he reassured conservatives who have real doubts about trump. pence is a long time conservative republican, no
6:33 am
doubt about it. 12 years in congregation, governor of the state of indiana, a real conservative. so if there was going to be a rebellion bin ty the anti-trump forces, i believe mike pence's choice will make that not happen. that's just not going to happen here. >> also, jonathan, you know, the city is of course gearing up for these protesters, i know that they're supposed to be kept quite a ways away. we'll see what happens on that. do you get any sense that the city is on edge as they prepare for the opening? >> reporter: well, the thing you noticed the minute you step foot in cleveland is the intense security everywhere. this is a city that is clearly prepared for the possibility that there could be very large protests here that they could get out of control. so you see security, a security presence absolutely everywhere. >> all right, any last words that you want to share with us, jonathan, as you are there
6:34 am
awaiting this big week? >> reporter: well, it is an extraordinary moment. nobody thought donald trump had a chance to win the republican nomination. now, he is going to be on that stage behind me accepting the nomination, and let me tell you, the one big thing about this convention, this is going to be a trump family affair. a half dozen trumps will have primetime speaking slots, all of his adult children, his wife. you're going to see donald trump repeatedly. this is going to be a very different republican convention. >> wow, usually you'll see programs the wife, but all the kids, that's different. >> reporter: yeah. >> all right, jonathan, we appreciate you spending the time with us this morning. i know you're busy guy. we look forward to talking to you later. we are one day away from the start of the republican convention, and the rnc chair will talk about the final preps in cleveland this morning on "this week."
