yesterday, an overnight protesters were chained to the doors of the police officers association building. you can see some of them, with looks around their necks symbolizing how the black communities seeks employment or shelter. >> folks are spending to a national cause demanding freedom. folks all over the country are sitting down because the police communities are powerful and they push both the narrative around lives mattering and a narrative away black folks criminals and dangerous. all the black community feels chained and veries are asking the city to give 50% of funding to resources for blacks including mental health, jobs and housing. police officers were there yesterday to monitor the crowd. the protests lasted more than 12 hours.
