that means they have pulled all the firefighters out of the building and they are just attacking it from the outside. they have launched a drone that a flying around overhead trying to get an idea of where this fire is moving as it has moved into the attic. in the last half hour this is milbrae community center on lincoln circle, the initial call came in around 4:00 a.m. and we arrived on the scene half an hour later and i can tell you the fire is only growing, despite the best effort of the firefighters. it is a four-alarm fire. we spoke with the fire chief about the challenges they are facing. >> the challenge we have working is a large volume fire above, and we do not want to put crews in jeopardy so that is our challenge, to limit the damage by getting it in below. >> a young man who has been inside this building before tells me that the fire appeared
