democrat democrat and i am matt keller. and, now, amy hollyfield is in oakland with a sig-alert in effect. all the commute is okay here through oakland. it was looking questionable. this video of the situation between 4:00 and 5:00 this morning all lanes northbound 880 were shut down. this was right before oracle arena with all traffic exiting at 66. a pan was walking on the highway. he was hit and killed by a car. officers do not know why he was walking on the expressway. they have not released his name. he is probably 35 to 40 years old. it is not often you see c.h.p. shutting down the entire freeway. sometimes they will leave one lane open but they had to shut it all down in this case. >> due to the nature of collision we have to conduct a full investigation.
