los altos, antioch, petaluma, and all the bay area, this is abc7 news. the city of santa clara and the police department are facing a lawsuit. a san jose woman said they used excessive first to get into her house. five officers kicked down the door without a warrant in april. they did it to arrest her 15-year-old daughter suspected of arson. woman who filed the claim said the officers broke her leg in the process. the family now is seeking
